Addition of Recognized Industry Experts to Board of Directors Positions CNC Global for Growth

Lyle Kerr and Kamil Khan Bring Wealth of Experience to Expanding Company

Established in 1999, the CNC Global Board is now comprised of six highly respected and recognized members.

Mr. Kerr brings a wealth of experience in the high technology sector to CNC Global. Having served as a director of six different corporations throughout his career, he is a seasoned executive with hands-on expertise in the areas of strategic and operational review, information technology, mergers and acquisitions and capital investment. A former Executive Vice President and COO of J.D. Irving, Limited, a multi-billion dollar private conglomerate based in Eastern Canada, Mr. Kerr is intimately familiar with the issues and opportunities facing companies with rapid expansion plans. Previously, Mr. Kerr was President and CEO of Maritime Information Technology Inc. and President and CEO of MDC Secure Transactions. His expert guidance in the high-tech arena will enable CNC Global’s smooth transition from an IT recruiting firm to a North American integrated human capital solutions powerhouse.

Opening new markets and driving growth requires serious commitment and expertise in both marketing and sales. Mr. Khan, former President and CEO of Bell SYGMA Inc., an $850 million end-to-end information systems company with 5,000 employees, delivers in-depth knowledge to CNC Global in both areas. His ten years of experience as VP Systems and CIO at Bell Canada demonstrates his thorough knowledge of the Canadian high-tech market, a keen sense of consumer needs and desires, and a sharp, people-focused management methodology - skills which complement CNC Global’s high-tech/high-touch approach to customer service. Currently serving on the boards of directors of a number of leading technology service companies, including MediSolution Inc., Brandera.com, Workinspace.com, and ibuzzu.com, Mr. Khan will help fulfill CNC Global’s mandate for continued growth as the company applies its deep knowledge of the industry and “customized relationship” service model to create new products and service offerings for its expanding customer community.
